Yesterday I had another day with my personal trainer, we worked on our arms...I have no upper body strength. I'm glad I'm a lover and not a fighter, because I couldn't defend myself at all. I spent this morning at the gym, then went to lunch with the boyfriend. So far, a great Saturday!
I look very happy in that first picture. Well this is a short post, I'm off to socialize in the real world. Have an amazing weekend!

aww this outfit is adorable Heather! I think the shorts are my favorite aspect of it! that's good you're working on strength training - i try to do some lifting a couple of days a week and it's amazing how quickly you can build muscle tone in your arms.
