Illuminated.

First of all,  THANK YOU all for your kind words and congratulations!! I feel like I'm living in a dream world. Last night I decided to finally start a new book. I can't tell you how much I've missed reading (non-nursing) material! I have nine books sitting on my shelf, collecting dust that I've been dying to read. I'm now currently reading Everything Is Illuminated by Jonathan Safran Foer.

"Memory was supposed to fill the time, but it made time a hole to be filled. Each second was two hundred yards, to be walked, crawled. You couldn't see the next hour, it was so far in the distance. Tomorrow was over the horizon, and would take an entire day to reach." -Everything is Illuminated.

I can't believe Christmas is in less than a week! This year has gone by so fast. Sometimes I wish life came with a remote so I could pause some of my favorite moments, or rewind and live them over and over again. Since life doesn't come with a remote, I guess I will just have to slow down and really take everything in, one breath at a time.

I'm still in awe of how lovely this snow is. I love seeing the sun shine through snow sprinkled trees! Hope everyone has a beautiful, relaxing weekend! Happy last minute shopping all!

I have so many books to catch up on too...I have started about 5 and haven't finished any. I guess now that the semester is over I have no excuses though.

& I can't believe how fast this year has gone by, either! It's almost upsetting. I am excited for the new year, though! :)

You look so pretty! That dress is gorgeous. I liked Everything Is Illuminated but I liked Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close a bit better. You should read that too (if you haven't already!) <3

Winter florals, winter florals, WINTER FLORALS!!! <3 Love them!

Your snowy pictures are absolutely beautiful, as usual! As much as I've been hating on snow this season, when I woke up to trees completely frosted over, thick snow, and a white sky this morning I couldn't help but swoon. Too bad it can't be had in 70 degree weather- that way you can still take these cute as hell pictures and be more comfortable!

Every time I see pictures like this I say "Oh nos! You're going to catch pneumonia!" like my grandma used too.... makes me laugh. Oh, grandmas!

Pardon the fact I got extremely off track. Allow me to summarize. Adorable snowy pictures. Thanks for it!

You look so pretty in the snow. I still don't understand why you're not sharing your weather. And I read like half of Everything is Illuminated, but never finished it because I started it in the middle of college and just got distracted. I should finish it.
