NYE.

I can't believe the last few hours of 2010 are coming to an end. Just a quick post before I head off to my NYE festivities. What are you all doing tonight?

So we are having a heat wave here in Michigan. It's a beautiful (but rainy) 48 degrees. I went out sans coat and it was amazing! All of the snow has melted and I keep tricking myself into thinking spring is coming. I know it will snow a lot more, but for now I am content with pink bow umbrella and warm weather!

So I cut my bangs and did a really awful job! They are lopsided and I'm so upset! Once they grow out a little and I fix them, I will debut them. This is partly the reason I haven't updated. I'm in the midst of an "I hate my hair" crisis!

I hope you all have a safe and wonderful New Year's Eve! See you all next year ;)

I just trimmed my own bangs also for the first time. I only did a little because I was terrified - so they're still a bit too long.

You look adorable, btw! I like the dress over the tee!

You look so lovely!

About a month ago, I had a similar bangs crisis. (eep) Recently, and by recently I mean like three days ago, I went to my hairdresser and asked her to show me how to trim/keep up with my bans. It's super easy! Just grab the hair you want to trim or cut for your bangs and tie it together in the front, like a small front ponytail, and simply cut straight across. It will be face-framing in the perfect way. She even let me practice on my own hair that way, if I messed up, she could fix it. It really works-- promise!

If you need help, let me know. You are a gorgeous gal, so no haircut can take that away from you! Best wishes, and Happy New Year!! :)

This outfit is sooo adorable. I love how you paired the striped shirt with that dress & those shoooooes. Ah. Lovely! I'm sorry about your hair :( I'm sure bangs will look great on you! Can't wait to see them! :)

Happy new year!

Hey, we sort of wore similar outfits tonight completely by accident :D And by almost I mean we both wore mostly black haha. Love that dress with the striped shirt underneath- made even better with the nude colored shoes!

I couldn't tell from your twitter pics that your bangs were lobsided :( That's too bad... is there a salon you can go to and have them fixed a bit for cheap?

Don't you wish this weather would stay forever? Aside from the fact that the rain was bombing my house at 4 am and waking me up, I was pretty pumped that it decided to melt all the snow and ice and allow me to forego the coat for a day. We even had tornado warnings today and I was completely pumped! haha. Too bad the temp is supposed to plummet again tomorrow :(

Wow. Why am I talking about weather in a fashion blog comment. Sorry for it- ha!

I love this outfit Heather! Happy New Year to you. We've been having a heat wave here too, it sucks. Glad you're enjoying y'alls though.

Oh, and I always trim my bangs and they look terrible for about a week and then they look just fine once they start growing again. I'm sure that's how yours will be too!
